John Hoh, M.D.Dr. John Hoh is APHCV's medical director specializing in Internal and Geriatric Medicine. With APHCV since 1996, he received his medical degree from Temple University in 1983 and completed a 3-year medical residency at John Hopkins Medical Center and the National Institute of Health-Gerontology Research Center. Dr. Hoh treats patients in English and Cantonese. |

Nursat Ahsan, M.D.Fluent in English and Urdu, Dr. Ahsan began her medical education in Pakistan. Upon emigrating to the United States, she completed numerous medical and surgical residencies to maximize her medical knowledge, including cardiology research and general surgery residencies at USC. She has a special interest in women's health and family preventive medicine. |

Philip Chan, M.D.Dr. Chan received his medical degree from National Taiwan University College of Medicine in 1982. He continued his education by completing several medical residencies in Taiwan and the United States including residencies at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Chan also enjoys swimming and reading. |

Neil Chatterjee, M.D.Having practiced medicine in both the United States and Asia, Dr. Chatterjee received his medical degree from USC in 1997. He also received certification from Government Ayuvedic Medical College in India and completed surgical residencies at USC Medical Center. Dr. Chatterjee is fluent in English, Spanish, and Bengali. |

Raymond Goei, M.D.Specializing in Family Medicine, Dr. Goei received his medical degree from the Western University of Health Science/College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He also received certification by the American Board of Family Medicine and completed his residency at San Bernardino County Medical Center. Dr. Goei is interested in working with computers and enjoys websurfing, home improvement, gardening and skiing. |

Raymond Ho, M.D.Dr. Ho is a board certified senior pediatrician. Following the completion of his medical degree at China Medical University, he went on to a residency in pediatric medicine at Misericordia Fordham Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Ho is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and puppetry. |

Diana Lee, M.D.Dr. Lee has the distinction of being the first medical director of APHCV. She received her medical degree from UC Davis School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco. Dr. Lee has been in private practice in California for over 30 years and has served on the board of directors for many prestigious medical groups. She specializes in general medicine and speaks fluent English and Spanish. |

Yulia Neyman, D.O.Fluent in both English and Russian, Dr. Neyman received her medical degree from Western University. She also completed the USC/California Hospital Residency Program. Specializing in family medicine with a special interest in women's health, Dr. Neyman is also board certified in family medicine. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. |

May Thet Nwe, M.D.Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Nwe received her medical degree from the Institute of Medicine 2 in Yangon, Myanmar. In 2011, she completed her medical training at UC Davis Network of Affiliated Family Practice Residency Program. Dr.Nwe is fluent in both English and Burmese and enjoys reading, gardening, and shopping. |

Anh Pham, MDDr. Pham began her medical education in Vietnam and continued her education at Paris Descartes University specializing in Pediatrics. She completed her internship at Robert Debre Hospital in Paris, France in 2002. Seven years later, Dr. Pham furthered her medical training at the White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles. Fluent in English, Vietnamese, French, and basic Spanish, Dr. Pham also enjoys playing piano, badminton, cooking, and gardening. |

Lena Al-Sarraf, D.O.Board certified in general practice medicine, Dr. Al-Sarraf completed her medical degree at Western University and completed additional post-doctoral training at USC. She is fluent in English and Arabic. She can also discuss medical issues in Spanish. She enjoys reading, biking, sports, and music. |

Dominic Koh, MSN, CPNP, ANP-CNurse practitioner and APHCV's Director of Nursing, Dominic Koh has been with APHCV since 1997. He completed his nursing degree and a post master's certificate at Cal State University, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) and an Adult Nurse Practitioner – Certified (ANP-C). Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Dominic also enjoys traveling and the theater. |

Jean O'Neil, MSN, NPWith special interests including emergency and urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, and women's health, Jean O'Neil has extensive experience as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her nursing degree from UCLA and became certified from UCLA in 1996. Outside the clinic, Jean enjoys being with her children, art, music, and the theater. |

Elizabeth Wang, MSN, NPSpecializing in women's health, Elizabeth Wang received her nursing degrees from Brown University and the University of Pennsylvania. Before working at APHCV, Elizabeth lent her special care to such medical groups as Planned Parenthood and Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. Certified by the National Certification Corporation (NCC), she is fluent in English and Mandarin. Elizabeth also enjoys running, gardening, tennis, and reading. |

Wipada La, MSPAAs a board certified physician's assistant, Wipada La received her advanced degree from Western University. She specializes in family medicine and speaks fluent English and Thai. Outside of the office, Wipada enjoys singing karaoke and spending time with her daughter. |
