Health Care Payments, Plans and Enrollment Assistance
APHCV currently accepts the following as payment:
- Cash, checks, all major credit cards and debit cards
- Medi-Cal, Medicare, Commercial Healthy Kids, and Healthy Families
- We also accept certain insurance plans from the following companies: CARE 1st, L.A. Care Health Plan, Molina, Community Health Plan, Blue Shield, CIGNA, Blue Cross, Health Net and SCAN
For Patients Needing Enrollment Assistance
APHCV offers flexible financial arrangements so our care can fit into just about any budget. All patients will be cared for regardless of their ability to pay. Payments are determined based on a sliding scale that considers family size and income. Our expertly trained enrollment assistants are available by appointment to assist uninsured and underinsured patients with enrollment in available public health programs.
This includes assistance in enrolling in the following programs:
- Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Medicare Part D
- Public health insurance programs
- CalFresh (Food Stamps)
- WIC pre-enrollment
