You Can Help
Asian
Pacific Health Care Venture, Inc. (APHCV) is a non-profit
community based organization. Your
donation to APHCV is tax deductible. APHCV will provide you
with a letter to acknowledge the
receipt of your gift to APHCV for your tax filing purposes.
APHCV receives grants and funding from the government and
private foundations for many of our
programs. However, much of what we do for our patients and
people in the communities are not
completely supported by funding and grants. We believe that
our peoples, regardless of their income
or education levels, are entitled to quality health care in
a clean, safe, and comfortable clinic
environment.
For instance, few government programs pay for medical equipment,
such as "comfortable chairs"
for patients to sit in while they are receiving counseling
or waiting for services. Training of bilingual
staff to continue to improve our services or keeping up with
safety codes and regulations for our
building are also costly, and little government funding is
available for those activities.
We thank the patients, folks in the communities, and businesses
for their continued support for
those unfunded but vital materials and activities. And we
thank YOU for taking the time to visit this
section of our web site and hope you would consider extending
your helping hand.

APHCV also accepts in-kind donations. To make an in-kind donation, please call (323) 644-3880 ext. 244. The following is a wish list of items currently needed by various APHCV programs and projects:

Donate Cars, Trucks, Boats and Other Vehicles
Donors can receive tax deductible donations by donating vehicles they are no longer using. Cars 4 Causes is a nonprofit organization that handles vehicle donations. To donate, call 1-800-766-2273 and tell them you would like to donate to APHCV. Donors can also arrange donations online at www.cars4causes.net.
Become a Sponsor
APHCV organizes the annual Youth & Identity Showcase that highlights local youth talent, and holds annual fundraisers. To become a sponsor of these activities, call the Fund Development Department at (323) 644-3880.
